Guidelines for Speakers:
- Availability: Speakers are respectfully requested to be present in their assigned session room at the commencement of the conference day on which they are scheduled to present. This will help accommodate any unforeseen adjustments to the program.
- Presentation Duration: Each speaker is allocated 20 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes reserved for questions from the audience.
- Language: The official language of the conference is English. We kindly ask that all presentations be delivered accordingly.
- Slide Submission: Please submit your presentation slides in PDF or PowerPoint format no later than 15 days prior to the conference. Additionally, we recommend bringing a backup copy on a USB or external storage device.
- Technical Preparation: A technical rehearsal prior to your session is highly encouraged to ensure smooth delivery and compatibility. The use of personal laptops is discouraged unless absolutely necessary.
- Equipment Provided: Each session room will be equipped with a projector, laptop, laser pointer, wireless and podium microphones, and a sound system.
Guidelines for Poster Presenters:
We sincerely appreciate your contribution to the poster sessions. Kindly observe the following instructions to facilitate a successful presentation:
- Poster Assignment and Setup: Posters will be assigned a numbered display area as indicated in the final program. Presenters are requested to mount their posters at least one hour prior to the start of the poster session. Adhesive materials will be provided onsite.
- Poster Dimensions: Posters should not exceed 1 meter in width and 1 meter in height to fit the allocated display boards.
- Printing: Please ensure that your poster is printed in advance, as on-site printing services will not be available.
- Presenter Availability: Presenters are encouraged to remain at their poster boards throughout the session to engage with attendees and respond to inquiries.
- Poster Removal: We kindly ask that posters be removed promptly at the conclusion of the session. Posters left unattended will be disposed of by the conference staff.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines:
For presenters joining remotely, the following guidelines are provided to facilitate an effective virtual participation:
- Access and Login: Registered virtual speakers will receive their webinar access credentials several days prior to the conference. Please log in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation to allow time for technical checks.
- Presentation Timing: Speakers are allotted 20 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes for audience questions.
- Screen Sharing: Please have your presentation files open and ready to share at the start of your session.
- Pre-Recorded Presentations: Should you be unable to present live, you may submit a pre-recorded presentation video along with your slides. These must be provided no later than 10 days prior to the conference. Kindly inform the organizing committee in advance if you choose this option.
E-Poster Guidelines:
- E-Poster Format: Kindly prepare your e-poster in PDF format, Posters should not exceed 1 meter in width and 1 meter in height to fit the allocated display boards.
- Submission Deadline: We kindly request that you submit your e-poster at least 15 days prior to the conference to allow for timely processing.
- Display: E-posters will be showcased on digital screens during your designated session.
- Presenter Availability: We encourage presenters to be available during their session to interact with attendees and address any questions.
- Technical Requirements: Please avoid animations or videos unless specifically supported by the platform, and ensure your file size does not exceed 10 MB to guarantee smooth display.
